Costumes and characters, once unlocked, can be used in all Extra Content modes. Carla, Agent, and the Left 4 Dead 2 characters do not have alternate costumes. In solo mode, A rank is awarded for 100,000 points, B rank for 80,000 points. In duo mode, A rank is awarded for 180,000 points, B rank for 120,000 points.

To unlock the infinite ammo skill for your weapons, you have to beat all four campaigns. Once you do that, the skills will be available for purchase.
